## Greg Armijo

### [Senior Support Engineer ](https://www.360smartnetworks.com/greg-armijo-senior-support-engineer.html)

**What do you do as a senior support engineer team member?**

I am one of the escalation points for the support team.  When someone has an issue that is out of the ordinary, I will jump in and work to get it resolved.

**How long have you worked at 360?**

I started with 360 in July of 2015.

**What is your favorite thing about working at 360 or working in IT?**

I love helping people.  My greatest satisfaction is knowing that I contribute to keeping our clients as productive as they can be.

**What do you like to do outside of work?**

The simple answer is music.  I served over 23 years as a musician in the U.S. Army in many parts of the world.  I continue to perform as a professional musician in the Atlanta area.

**What is your favorite movie?**

There are so many great movies that I can’t really choose just one!

**Favorite tv show?**

The same as movies – there are so many, that I can’t choose just one.

**Favorite book?**

The book that read the most number of times is The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R Tolkien, but it has been a long time since I read it!

**Favorite sport/team?**

Of course, the Atlanta Braves, and now Atlanta United.

**Coke or Pepsi?**

Definitely Coke!

**Dogs or cats?**

Both

**If could travel anywhere in the world today, where would you go?**

I would love to do a cruise around the world, but I don’t think 360 will let me take 140 days off!  A more realistic goal is to travel to the three U.S. States that I have not yet visited.

**If you could have any superpower what would it be?**

Time Travel!\[/vc\_column\_text\]\[vc\_single\_image image="69548" img\_size="full"\]\[/vc\_column\]\[/vc\_row\]
