What do you do as the Projects Director?

As the Projects Director for our IT services company, I work with vCIOs on project proposals, plan projects, develop technical standards for the company, QA projects team’s work, assist with troubleshooting high level issues.

How long have you worked at 360 and why did you choose this company?

I have been here for about four and a half years. I chose this company because 360 understands the importance of standards and processes in IT services. At the time, 360 was looking for someone to run projects and it was a great opportunity to build the processes from scratch.

What is your favorite thing about working at 360 or working in IT?

I like solving problems. And I like creating order out of
chaos. My favorite thing about 360 is that it cares deeply about both its
customers and employees, and provides the necessary tools for us to do our
jobs.

Gardening
